What is the Integrator Service Program?

AVPro offers professional integrator assistance, making it easier than ever to deploy robust AV systems.
Integrators can leverage our engineers to deploy systems from RTI, AVPro Edge and AudioControl. Leverage our technical experts to ensure every project is designed, configured, and installed to the highest standards.

TIER 1

DESIGN

Included as an AVPro Dealer

Service Details

Get expert guidance on system layout and hardware selection for your next installation. Our team will ensure your solution design is stable, efficient, and tailored to your client’s needs. Includes:
  • Consultation on system architecture and optimal hardware selection
  • Third-party device compatibility advice
  • Delivered via email and phone communication
  • This helps AVPro with tech support calls after install, so we offer this as NO COST!

TIER 2

CONFIGURATION

4-Hour Remote Block

Service Details

Contract an AVPro Specialist to handle programming and advanced configuration for your project. Includes:
  • Custom programming for RTI processors and interfaces
  • Workflow and trigger setup to meet unique automation requirements
  • Pre-Configured Processors Delivered to your specifications
  • AV-over-IP deployment consulting
  • Advanced Tech Support

TIER 3

ON-SITE SYSTEM DEPLOYMENT

Full Day + Travel

Service Details

Have an AVPro Edge/AudioControl/RTI-certified expert on-site to assist with final installation, system testing, and commissioning. Perfect for complex, mission-critical projects. Includes:
  • Full system deployment and commissioning
  • Live troubleshooting and hands-on training for your team
  • Documentation review and system validation
  • Priced per full 8-hour day, travel expenses additional

How it Works

  • Book services through AVPro/RTI support or through your Regional Sales Manager or Manufacturer’s Rep
  • Remote services scheduled with a minimum 7 days’ notice; onsite services require 2 weeks’ notice
  • All services are subject to availability; scheduling is first-come, first-served
  • Additional days or hours can be added as needed

Terms and conditions

Services are consultative—AVPro will guide, configure, or deploy as specified, but does not assume ongoing maintenance after engagement. Integrators are responsible for site readiness and providing accurate project documentation in advance. Actual travel expenses for on-site services are billed separately after completion. Cancellation/rescheduling requires advance notice, or change fees may apply. Services exclude networking infrastructure, non-RTI product installation, or unrelated troubleshooting.
