Today, we’re highlighting the team you call when everything’s on the line—our Tech Support team.

When you call Tech Support in St. Petersburg, FL, Burnsville, MN, or Sioux Falls, SD, we don’t just help you with our products. We stay with you until your entire installation is up and running, no matter what brands or gear are in the rack. Our CTS- and ANP-certified support pros believe every challenge is theirs to solve.

From troubleshooting complex AV distribution and control systems to fine-tuning amplifier configurations, ensuring display compatibility, and navigating network settings, this team is determined to get you across the finish line. They live and breathe our Winning Together philosophy and make sure every integrator who reaches out feels supported, heard, and empowered.

2025 Highlights

In 2025, the Tech Support team has been a lifeline for integrators around the world:
  • Made it easier to reach a live expert by increasing agent availability by 5.34% and reducing missed calls by 6.9% compared to the previous year. They also resolved 90.1% of tickets within 24 hours.
  • Handled serious volume without slowing down, fielding 42,319 inbound calls and resolving 66,348 tickets year to date.
  • Leveled up skills, training, and support, adding 3 ANP certifications, 1 CTS, and 1 CTS-I, while building specialty queues and expanding our in-house training programs. In 2025, the team hosted 62 MXNet students and 39 RTI students.

Beyond the Numbers

Across AVPro, there’s a real family feel, and the Tech Support team is no exception. Teammates jump in when someone’s out sick or on vacation without being asked, and always rally around integrators who need help.

They even find fun ways to celebrate each other, like the “Buffalo of the Month” award recognizing teammates who charge into problems instead of running from them. And the stories?   • Launched countless new products across the AVPro family—among them MXnet Evolution II encoders, the AudioControl Bijou series, RTI ISR remotes, AVPro Edge fiber extenders, Murideo Female STIX testing tools, and Bullet Train ultra high-speed AOC fiber cables, plus the SRE ecosystem with the STILE app—all built to keep up with the complex AV systems integrators design every day.
  • Turned major office moves into momentum, packing up decades of “we might need this someday” gear, and ending up in more comfortable, focused workspaces—all while keeping product roadmaps and launches on track.
  • Strengthened global partnerships by working side by side with manufacturing and engineering teams overseas—reviewing designs, refining details, and building the relationships that keep quality high. One trip even squeezed in a quick visit to see pandas and a shared dinner that did more for the relationship than a dozen emails ever could.

  • Grew AVPro’s reach with hundreds of new integrators and expanded partnerships with key distributors around the world, making it easier to access products and local support.
  • Drove strong growth by launching the Single Room Experience campaign, which highlights complete single-room AVPro solutions.
  • Helped train more than 500 integrators on RTI this year, introducing them to new control and automation opportunities.
  • Introduced the AVPro In The Know communications to keep integrators ahead of product launches, updates, and opportunities, so you’re ready with answers before customers even ask.
  • Showed up where integrators do business, supporting 44 counter days with key distribution partners and participating in six major buying group events to align programs that make business smoother for member integrators.
  • Backed high-visibility projects and events, from the Formula One Experience Center in Las Vegas to Tech on Tap in Charleston, SC, joining integrators and end users to help tell the AVPro story, build trust, and deliver systems that perform as promised.

Having production capabilities in both Sioux Falls, SD, and our manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China makes us a powerhouse global company. 2025 Highlights

In 2025, the Production team kept AVPro moving worldwide, scaling output while maintaining the quality and consistency integrators expect.
  • Built 30 prototype designs, totaling approximately 600 circuit board assemblies, supporting key development work across multiple AVPro product lines.
  • Successfully consolidated AudioControl and RTI production, warehouse, shipping, and order fulfillment operations from Mountlake Terrace, WA and Shakopee, MN to Sioux Falls, SD.
  • Took over RTI laser engraving operations in June and supported a steady volume of custom engraving orders.
  • Enabled shipments of more than 215,000 products through the end of November, demonstrating the Production team’s ability to scale output.
  • Completed about 35,000 shipments, with monthly volume rising from roughly 2,300 per month early in the year to about 3,800 per month later in the year.
  • Opened a European warehouse in the Netherlands, and shipped the first orders in May 2025 to support faster regional delivery.
  • Maintained exceptional accuracy and consistency across production and fulfillment throughout 2025.

This team is a mix of personalities, talents, and big ideas working toward one mission: telling the AVPro story in a way that’s authentic, engaging, and genuinely useful for you. From copywriting and design to events, social media, web projects, email campaigns, custom video creation, sales support, and customer communications, everything happens right here in-house. That means we own the story from start to finish. We’re always thinking about how it will help you talk about AVPro with your customers.

Every product launch, training invite, trade show campaign, and “AVPro In The Know” update is built with integrators, distributors, and rep firms in mind. We translate complex technology into clear, confident messaging and create visuals that make solutions easier to understand. And yes, we also handle the steady stream of requests from the Sales team, who clearly adore us and do an excellent job of keeping our inboxes busy.

This year brought new faces, fresh ideas, and even more strength as a team. We cheer each other on, jump in when deadlines hit hard, and collaborate across brands and time zones to keep AVPro’s voice consistent. We laugh a lot, brainstorm constantly, and have a good time doing what we do, because we know that when Marketing is working well, it makes life easier for everyone who represents AVPro in the field.
