System Design Building

Get expert guidance on system layout and hardware selection for your next install. Your ADS Architect makes sure the solution is stable, scalable, and tailored to the client.

Program Details

No-cost service
System Design Building is the front door to ADS. When an integrator has a project on the horizon — a corporate boardroom, a sports bar, a multi-zone residential install, a hospitality rollout — an ADS Architect will help shape the system before a single SKU gets ordered. The goal is simple: make sure the solution you propose is stable, scalable, and matched to what the client actually needs, so the install goes smoothly and you don’t fight the system later.

This service is offered at no cost because integrators are partners, not just customers. AVPro Global’s philosophy is that integrator success drives our success — and the most effective tech support call is the one that never happens because the system was designed correctly from the start.
What’s Included
  • Consultation on system architecture and the optimal hardware selection for the project
  • Custom system diagram and bill of materials when the project requires one
  • Third-party device compatibility advice — including DirecTV control and feedbacks, cable/sat boxes, AppleTV, Roku, and other common sources
  • MXnet-focused design, with AVPro Edge, AudioControl, and RTI folded in as the project requires
  • Guidance on multi-zone audio layouts, lighting tie-ins, power management, and scheduling concepts when relevant
  • Delivered via email and phone consultation with your Architect
Who It’s For

Any AVPro Global dealer scoping a new install — from a single-room home theater up to large-scale commercial and hospitality environments. If the project involves MXnet or any meaningful mix of AVPro Edge, AudioControl, and RTI, the Architect can help you confirm the BOM is right before you quote it.
What You Get Out of It
  • Confidence in component selection — fewer return trips, fewer surprises after the truck rolls
  • A system designed to perform exactly as the integrator envisioned
  • Scalability baked in, so the install can grow with the client
  • Direct access to AVPro’s application engineering knowledge, on demand
How to Engage

Submit project details through the Design Services Request Form, or email ADS@avproglobal.com. Your Architect will follow up to clarify scope and turn around a recommendation.

RTI Control Programming

Contract an ADS Architect to build your control system before it leaves the rack. Custom RTI programming, branded touchpanel UX, and pre-configured processors delivered to spec.

Program Details

Paid service — quote at no cost
RTI Control Programming hands a professional integrator a fully-built control system — programmed, branded, and configured to spec — before it ever leaves the rack. An ADS Architect writes the RTI programming, designs the touchpanel UX with the client’s logos and floorplans, sets up the triggers and automations the client actually wants, and ships pre-configured processors that are ready to drop in. The integrator handles the install. ADS handles the programming.

The result for the client is a system that feels like it was custom-built for them, because it was. The result for the integrator is a differentiator — a control experience that elevates the install and that staff will rely on through every shift.
What’s Included
  • Custom programming for RTI processors and touchpanel interfaces
  • Custom UI design — your client’s logos, floorplans, color scheme, and brand identity
  • Workflow and trigger setup for the automations the client actually requested
  • Advanced AV switching features supported by MXnet built into the control flow
  • DirecTV control and tuning feedbacks, plus control for cable/sat boxes and streamers like AppleTV and Roku
  • Multi-zone audio control matched to the venue’s layout
  • Lighting control, power management, and automated scheduling when in scope
Who It’s For

Integrators handling residential, commercial, or hospitality projects who want a polished, branded control experience but either don’t have in-house RTI programmers, don’t have bandwidth for this particular job, or want an expert pair of hands on a high-stakes install. Common fits: multi-display sports venues and bars, hotels and conference centers, executive boardrooms, and high-end residential systems with extensive automation.
Pricing

Pricing is customized per project because no two control systems look alike. Getting a quote is no cost — the ADS Team will scope the job and return a billable-hours estimate before any programming begins.
How the Process Works (Sales Workflow)

  1. Direct the customer to the intake form. When a customer expresses interest, the Sales Team member shares the Custom RTI Programming Request link and asks them to complete it in full, providing as much detail as possible about the desired scope of work.
  2. ADS reviews the scope of work. The ADS Team evaluates the submission, determines the estimated billable hours, identifies the equipment to be used, and logs the hours estimate and recommendation on the associated case/ticket.
  3. Ticket assigned to Admin for invoicing. Once the scope and hours are set, the ticket moves to Admin, who prepares and sends the customer a payable invoice based on the ADS Team’s recommendation.
  4. Customer pays the invoice. The project does not proceed until payment is received. Admin monitors for payment, updates the ticket status when confirmed, and routes the ticket back to the ADS Team.
  5. Work commences. With payment confirmed, the ADS Team begins custom RTI programming per the agreed scope and manages the ticket through to completion.
Process Notes
  • No programming work begins prior to payment confirmation.
  • Incomplete or unclear intake forms are flagged for clarification before hours are estimated.
  • All communication and status changes are logged in the case/ticket system for full visibility across Sales, ADS, and Admin.

Consultation and Deployment

Have an experienced engineer help you through the configuration or deployment of a professional Audio + Video + Control system — and build real-world experience with an expert beside you.

Program Details

Paid service
Consultation and Deployment puts an experienced AVPro engineer on the project alongside the integrator’s team. It covers two distinct needs that come up on real-world jobs: the technician who has completed RTI training but doesn’t yet have install reps under their belt, and the integrator staring down a large-scale AV over IP deployment where the client is too important to leave anything to chance. In both cases, ADS sends help — remotely or on-site — and the integrator’s team learns by working alongside an expert.

Engagements run in two formats: remote configuration blocks for programming and advanced setup, and on-site deployment days for installation, commissioning, and hands-on assistance.
Remote Consultation — Configuration

An AVPro Specialist works with your team remotely to handle programming and advanced configuration, sold in time blocks. This is the right fit for projects where the install team is on-site but needs an expert in their ear during configuration.
  • Custom programming for RTI processors and interfaces
  • Workflow and trigger setup to meet unique automation requirements
  • Pre-configured processors delivered to your specifications
  • AV over IP deployment consulting
  • Advanced tech support during the engagement
  • Hands-on coaching for techs working through RTI Integration Designer for the first time
On-Site Deployment

When the job is mission-critical, an AVPro Edge / AudioControl / RTI-certified expert comes on-site to assist with final installation, system testing, and commissioning. Priced per full 8-hour day, with travel expenses billed separately.
  • Full system deployment and commissioning
  • Live troubleshooting and hands-on training for your team
  • Documentation review and system validation
  • On-site backup during the highest-stakes hours of the install
Who It’s For

Integrators who have invested in training but need install experience to back it up — and integrators handling AV over IP projects where the size, complexity, or visibility of the client raises the cost of a misstep. Common fits: first MXnet deployment for a new tech, large hospitality rollouts, corporate campus refreshes, and high-end residential installs.
Pricing

Check your pricelist for SKUs AC-CONSULT and AC-DEPLOY for current rates. Remote services are sold in 4-hour blocks; on-site services are sold as full 8-hour days plus actual travel expenses billed after completion.
Booking & Scheduling
  1. Book through your AVPro Regional Sales Manager, Manufacturer’s Rep, or AVPro/RTI support
  2. Remote services require a minimum of 7 days’ notice
  3. On-site services require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice
  4. All services are subject to availability — scheduling is first-come, first-served
  5. Additional days or hours can be added as the project evolves
  6. Cancellation or rescheduling requires advance notice; change fees may apply
What ADS Does Not Cover

Engagements are consultative — ADS guides, configures, and deploys as specified, but does not assume ongoing maintenance after the engagement ends. Integrators are responsible for site readiness and providing accurate project documentation in advance. Services exclude third-party networking infrastructure, non-RTI/non-AVPro product installation, and unrelated troubleshooting.

ARCHITECTS

You'll work directly with a dedicated System Architect who understands the system from beginning to end.
Your Architect isn't support staff. They’re an engineer who designs the control flow, the AV over IP layout, and the home-theater diagram you hand the client. They architect the system that combines our brands with everything else RTI talks to — so you don’t have to.

WE HAVE ARCHITECTS ON STANDBY.

Get started with an ADS Architect today to jump start your next project.

THREE BRANDS, ONE STACK.

Designed and built together by AVPro Architects so the system you sell is the system that ships.
All under one team, with one point of contact.
