AVPro Edge’s ConferX low-profile wall plate transmitters are designed for commercial AV environments requiring reliable signal transport, flexible connectivity, and straightforward installation. All ConferX wall plate transmitters use HDBaseT 2.0 technology to send video signals over Category 6A cabling. They support transmission distances up to 100 meters for 1080p and 70 meters for 4K/60 Hz, 4:2:0, 8-bit signals. AVPro Edge’s Invisible Compression Technology (ICT) enables the transport of high-bandwidth signals up to 18 Gbps, ensuring compatibility with HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2/2.3 standards. This makes the products suitable for both legacy and current AV systems in business and educational settings.
Power is supplied to the wall plates via Power over Cable (PoC) from compatible HDBaseT receivers, eliminating the need for local power at the wall plate. RS-232 control is available for integration with automation and control systems, supporting remote management and system integration. The ConferX receiver, such as the AC-CXWP-LPU-R, is designed for plug-and-play operation with these wall plates, providing additional USB extension, KVM functionality, and further simplifying installation.
