Operating under our Sales Excellence umbrella, the Customer Success Coordinators serve as the connective tissue between our customers and our internal teams. Whether you need an order status update, product availability info, a quote, help navigating our online systems, or support coordinating across departments, this team makes sure you get fast, accurate answers at every touchpoint.
Leading the team is Morgan, supported by Svjetlana and Lorin. Together, they manage a high volume of daily communications across multiple platforms, keeping orders moving, questions answered, and customers supported.
You'll most often connect with them when you need help with order status and shipment tracking, product availability and ETAs, pricing and standard quotes, navigating online systems and portals, or general sales support and coordination.
