For 50 years, AudioControl has built its reputation on performance, precision, and the dealers who put our products to work in the field. To celebrate, we’re doing something a little louder than a cake and a toast.
The Hyperion Grand Prix is a dealer sales contest with a finish line worth chasing: a trip for two to the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, with the AVPro hospitality suite and paddock and pit access. Six dealers will take the checkered flag.

In 1977, AudioControl started with a simple idea: if you can measure a room, you can fix it. The C-101 put a real-time analyzer and equalizer in a consumer component, and the brand has been engineering around that idea ever since.
Hyperion is the latest chapter. Launched in March 2026, it’s our all-new, network-native home cinema ecosystem, conceived in-house by our engineering team. The APR-16 immersive processor sits at the center, with Dirac Live and Dirac ART room correction, HDMI 2.1 support, and Dante networking built in. Around it are the Tetra, Penta and Hepta amplifiers, built on our Class H architecture, and the Axis converters that bring eARC audio into the Dante network.
The tools are different from 1977, but the mission is the same: give integrators the means to deliver a room that sounds the way the content was meant to be heard.
