You've probably noticed quite a few emails from us over the past few weeks, and we appreciate you staying with us through them. This is an exciting time in the AVPro and RTI world, and we've been moving quickly to bring everything together for you. RTI is now fully part of the AVPro family, and as we bring RTI under the AVPro umbrella, we've been working hard behind the scenes to unify our systems so that everything you rely on, including purchasing, software, firmware, training, and support, lives in one connected ecosystem. We wanted to walk you through what has changed, why, and exactly how to get set up.
Why We're Making These Changes
Our goal is simple: make every interaction with AVPro and RTI seamless. By bringing accounts, resources, and support together under AVProGlobal.com, we're removing the friction of juggling multiple logins and websites, so you can spend less time managing access and more time doing great work. This is all in service of better supporting our customers, partners, distributors, dealers, and integrators, with the same high level of service that has always been standard with AVPro.
What's New
What is AVPro Connect?
AVPro Connect is where ID11, RTIQ, RTI product information, RTI Forum, and the full AVPro knowledge base all live together.
It's the integrator's one-stop sign-on platform for all AVPro brands and associated systems where a log-in is required. This includes software and driver downloads, dealer forums, purchasing or finding a trusted distributor to purchase from, managing folks in your organization and the level of access you want them to have, and much more. Start Accessing AVPro Connect
If you previously had access to ID11, RTIQ, Store Purchasing, Driver Store, Firmware Updates, or any other RTI dealer resources, you should have already received an activation email from info@notifications.avproglobal.com to onboard your account.
Here's how to get set up:
- Open the activation email from AVPro Connect info@notifications.avproglobal.com and be sure to check your spam and junk folders if you don't see it. Click the link inside and set your new password.
- Once step 1 is complete, you are in the system, and single sign-on through AVPro Connect will work for everything except the Online Store. We are working to bring the Online Store into single sign-on as well, and once that's in place, it will be a seamless transition for everyone already moved over to AVPro Connect.
- Manage your own team: because you registered, you're set up as your organization's Owner. Sign in at atlas.avproglobal.com, open My Organization, and use the Members tab to invite colleagues, assign roles, and manage who can access which apps, all on your own, without contacting us for each new user.
