The highly versatile AC-MXNET-1G-HEX-UV2 delivers full-spectrum USB 2.0 data and dynamic signaling, extending host connectivity through the robust 1 Gbps infrastructure of an MXnet 1G V2 network.

USB 2.0 over IP enables the long-distance transport of Human Interface Devices, such as keyboards, mice, and touchscreens, as well as higher-speed, bandwidth-demanding peripherals like PTZ cameras and external storage devices for data exchange. 

The USB-C host port provides current support for modern devices and next-generation connectivity. The integrated Mxnet benchmark OLED display provides rapid, direct access to device IP and MAC addresses, expediting both initial setup and diagnostic procedures.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) streamlines installation, removes the need for external adapters, and mitigates power-related installation issues.

USB 2.0 Scalability: HDBaseT and USB fiber cable extensions provide only point-to-point connectivity, restricting system flexibility and driving up costs. 

Within an Mxnet 1G EV2 network, USB over IP delivers wide-ranging scalability, enabling the linking of multiple AC-MXNET-1G-DEX-UV2 and AC-MXNET-1G-HEX-UV2 devices to overcome the limitations of traditional USB extensions.

 

MXNet 1G V2 Interoperability: Seamlessly integrates with MXnet V2 encoders and decoders, enabling mixed deployments where HEX pairs with any V2 decoder and DEX pairs with any V2 encoder. This flexibility allows integrators to mix USB-only endpoints with AV-over-IP devices for cost-effective, scalable solutions.

 

USB-C Host Port: The AC-MXNET-1G-HEX-UV2 USB-C host port can be dynamically routed and managed through Mxnet Mentor, built into every 1G V2 CBOX.  

This allows integrators to provide their clients with real-time, on-the-fly configurations that are impossible with traditional point-to-point USB extensions. This capability is invaluable across enterprise, education, and AV environments, especially in command-and-control or medical applications.       

 

Enhanced Data Rates for Isochronous Devices: Engineered to ensure bandwidth-demanding peripherals provide steady, reliable performance.

 

Fiber-ready SFP Slot: Distance extension up to 10 km is possible using fiber transceivers.
